T E R M S It is understood that David Long is retained as the exclusive official photographer for the wedding in question. A
£250 deposit is required which confirms your booking and reserves
David Long as your photographer on your chosen date. The remaining balance is required 10 days prior to the wedding. The photographs and CD or DVD Slide Show will be delivered within 14 days after the wedding. The Digital images and Copyrights are retained by David Long, who reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, website and promotional purposes unless otherwise assigned. Travel beyond the South East of England to be charged at the cost of expenses. David
Long takes every reasonable care with regards to exposure and content
of the images, however in the very unlikely event that David Long fails
to comply with the terms of this contract, liability is strictly limited
to the refund of the fee paid. |
